Signature Passion acquired Dessert & Passion (Dawn Food Products Joliette Ltd.) in November 2011.
Our Dessert & Passion brand products – éclairs and cream puffs – have been sold in grocery stores since 2001.
Our bakery operates out of a 30 000-ft.2 facility located in Joliette’s industrial park. Less than 45 minutes from Montreal and near major highways (Highway 40), its production capacity is among the greatest in our industry.
Our company’s three associates have complementary experience in the industrial production of pastry bakery products, acquired in Canada and in Europe over the past 25 years.
